Our client, a growing private lending business based in Bundall, is expanding their team due to continued growth. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated Credit Analyst to join a high-performing and collaborative environment where you will play a key role in supporting transactions from application through to settlement. The Role You will support the sales team across the full credit lifecycle, ensuring applications are accurately assessed, compliant, and efficiently progressed to settlement. Key Responsibilities: Support the sales team throughout the end-to-end credit process Assess and evaluate commercial and development finance applications Prepare and issue finance offers Manage loans from lodgement through to settlement Liaise with brokers, valuers, and internal stakeholders Conduct due diligence including company, individual, and property searches Instruct valuations and obtain market appraisals Maintain accurate loan documentation and compliance standards What we are looking for: Minimum 1 years’ experience in a commercial or development credit analyst role within banking or private lending Strong understanding of credit risk assessment and compliance Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment Capable of working autonomously and as part of a team Exceptional telephone manner and strong stakeholder engagement skills Strong written communication skills High attention to detail and analytical capability A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow Whats on Offer: Opportunity to join a growing and reputable private lender Supportive and collaborative team culture Competitive salary package If you are looking to advance your career within a growing private lending business, we want to hear from you!
