Administrative Support Role
This assignment requires an experienced Administration Officer to provide a wide range of administrative support services, including:
* Delivering high-quality professional customer service
* Answering enquiries in a timely and accurate manner
* Managing diaries and calendars
* Scheduling and coordinating meetings
* Preparing documentation, including correspondence, minutes, briefs, agendas, reports, and presentation material
* Establishing and maintaining effective stakeholder relationships
* Managing, sorting, and distributing incoming and outgoing mail
* Ordering stationery and maintaining office supplies
* Records and database management, ensuring high integrity, accuracy, and confidentiality
The role also involves providing support to the System Information & Analytics Business unit in achieving organisational objectives.
About You
To secure this opportunity, you must have:
* Demonstrated Administration or Business Support experience
* Health or Public Sector experience highly advantageous
* Impeccable communication skills, both written and verbal
* Proactive and takes initiative
* High attention to detail
* Superior organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise conflicting deadlines
* Strong computer literacy and proficiency with MS Office suite
* Fully COVID vaccinated or medically exempt
* Willingness to undergo a National Police Check
* Ability to commence and commit to the duration of the assignment
