You’ll oversee labour market research, lead enterprise-wide project delivery through our PMO, and collaborate with peers across training products, pathways, and industry engagement.You’ll need deep knowledge of the mining, automotive, or allied sectors and a passion for aligning workforce intelligence with long-term capability-building.What You’ll Be DoingLead the development of workforce plans grounded in data, sector input, and strategic foresightBuild and run AUSMASA’s labour market intelligence capability—delivering actionable insights that inform policy and practiceOversee AUSMASA’s Project Management Office (PMO) to ensure timely, aligned, and coordinated delivery of strategic initiativesCommission and translate research on megatrends such as decarbonisation, automation, and regional growth into clear strategiesCollaborate across government, industry, and education sectors to co-create workforce solutionsRepresent AUSMASA as a credible voice in high-level forums, submissions, and national working groupsWork closely with the executive team to embed evidence-based decision-making across the organisationWho You AreYou’re a future-thinker with a passion for turning insight into action.
