Workplace Operations Coordinator
This role plays a vital part in maintaining the safety, efficiency, and cleanliness of our office environment. As the Workplace Operations Coordinator, you will oversee various aspects of building operations, ensuring that our workspace is well-maintained and secure.
About the Role
* Manage all facilities and building operations, including maintenance, repairs, and compliance with safety regulations
* Coordinate daily office setup, opening, and closing procedures, as well as building access control
* Schedule and coordinate with tradespeople, contractors, and cleaning services to maintain a safe and hygienic workspace
You will also support the culinary team by coordinating deliveries, managing inventory, and handling goods. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing office supplies, stationery, and procurement processes.
Key Responsibilities
1. Oversee daily office operations, including setting up and closing the office, managing access, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations
2. Coordinate logistics, including receiving, packing, and managing deliveries and samples
3. Manage office, kitchen, and stationery supply levels and coordinate procurement processes
4. Action requests related to facilities and workplace operations through our help desk system
