About the Role
We're seeking a hands-on and experienced Assistant Manager to support the daily operations of our Coffin Bay park. Working closely with the Park Manager, you'll play a key role in leading the team, maintaining park standards, and delivering outstanding guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the Park Manager with day-to-day park operations
* Lead, coach, and support team members
* Assist with rostering, staff supervision, and performance support
* Ensure park presentation, cleanliness, and safety standards are met
* Handle guest enquiries and resolve issues professionally
* Step into the Park Manager role when required
About You
* Experience in hospitality, tourism, or park/resort operations
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Hands-on, adaptable, and solutions-focused
* High standards for customer service and park presentation
* Availability to work weekends, public holidays, and peak periods
