About the Role
We are seeking a Branch Manager to lead our Melbourne branch located in Derrimut, VIC. The Branch Manager is responsible for leading a team of technical and customer-facing, sales-focused professionals. The purpose of the role is to drive the optimal performance of the branch and achieve desired results around safety, employee engagement, customer experience, revenue, fleet availability, and fleet utilisation.
What you'll be doing
* Operating the branch in line with the company strategy with a strong focus on safety, people, fleet, and customer experience
* Coach and develop skills within the team to ensure all staff are equipped to exceed our customer expectations
* Drive relentless customer focus from all employees within the branch to create the best solution/outcome for our customers
* Ensure effective and efficient branch operations relating to equipment deliveries, pick-ups, repairs, and breakdowns
To be successful in the role, you will have a people-first leadership style that values the importance of employee engagement, whilst balancing the operational need to optimise customer satisfaction and business results. Previous experience in a similar role with earthmoving and traffic product knowledge would be a bonus.
