A recruitment agency is looking for a Service Desk Team Lead for a permanent role in Adelaide. You will lead the Service Desk team, provide Level 2/3 technical support for networks and servers, and manage daily team workflows. The ideal candidate has over 4 years of IT support experience, strong technical skills in Cisco Meraki and Microsoft environments, along with excellent communication and customer service abilities. The position requires 100% on-site work with no remote options.
