The Opportunity
You'll work with an experienced project delivery team on new build, refurbishment, and extension projects in sectors such as health, education, civic infrastructure, and community facilities.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare, negotiate, and administer head and subcontractor contracts
* Manage project cost tracking, budgeting, and forecasting
* Issue progress claims, variations, RFIs, and EOTs
* Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and internal stakeholders
* Assist the Project Manager to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
* Ensure compliance with all contract requirements and company procedures
About You
* 3+ years of experience as a Contract Administrator in commercial construction
* Solid knowledge of contract law, building codes, and Australian Standards
* Experience managing projects valued between $1M–$50M
* Excellent negotiation, communication, and time management skills
* Proficient in construction software and document control systems
* Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related field (preferred)
