Rope Access Technician – Offshore Bass Strait Project
UGL is seeking experienced Rope Access Technicians of all levels and trades (Boilermakers, Rigger/Scaffolders, Mechanical Fitters, E&I; Technicians, Painter/Blasters) to support ADHOC maintenance activities on decommissioning oil/gas platforms in Bass Strait. Victoria Point of Hire is preferred, but applicants from other Eastern states will also be considered.
About You
- Offshore oil and gas experience
- IRATA certification – mandatory (all levels welcome)
- Trade qualifications in Painting or Engineering Fabrication (desirable)
- HRWL for Scaffolding or Rigging – Advanced (desirable)
- Current Working at Heights & Confined Space Entry tickets
- BOSIET/HUET/FOET (training available if required)
- Ability to pass offshore medical and pre‑employment checks
