What will you do?
Build and execute multi-year category plans that deliver commercial value, mitigate risk and support growth
Establish strategic supplier partnerships, lead performance reviews, and drive continuous improvement
Lead advanced sourcing initiatives including RFP/RFQ, negotiations and compliance to realise savings and enhance service levels
Align category strategies with operational priorities, sustainability targets and stakeholder needs while managing supply chain risks
Own spend analysis, KPI dashboards and executive reporting to track savings, compliance, and supplier performance
Co-lead the Culinary Procurement Council and mentor team members to foster strategic thinking, collaboration, and capability development
Lead a small team, providing direction, coaching, and support to achieve category objectives and build capability
More about you
5 years in procurement/category management, including experience in senior leadership across complex, multi-site/regional environments
Proven expertise in strategic sourcing and contract management with a track record of managing supplier relationships, leading negotiations, and overseeing end-to-end supply chain operations
Strength in market analysis, risk management, and procurement systems
Tertiary qualification in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, or related field; CIPS/CPSM (or similar) highly regarded
Strategic leadership, commercial acumen, collaboration, integrity, and guest-first mindset
