You’ll work across a diverse mix of Australian clients in construction, health & wellness, fashion, e-commerce and more. The construction client based in Brookvale will be your number one priority — a rapidly growing business where you’ll be hands-on with day-to-day marketing support, staff gifting, events and collateral, alongside broader campaign coordination.
- Start at 3 days per week, with scope to move into full-time
- 2 days alongside the MD at Work Club, North Sydney (premium workspace with sweeping harbour views)
- 1 day on-site with our construction client in Brookvale

About the role
This is the agency’s first and foundational hire — the person who will grow with us and help set the standard for how we work. It’s a unique opportunity to be part of an agency launch, working closely with the MD while shaping client delivery and culture.
The role blends creativity, organisation, and delivery across campaigns, content and client projects.
Content & Creative
- Develop assets in Canva (social posts, ads, basic web graphics)
- Write copy for social media, blogs and campaigns
- Assist in content production at client reels and tiktok shoot days
- Liaise with external graphic designers to ensure brand projects are delivered on time
Campaigns & Digital
- Coordinate campaign rollouts, ensuring creative assets, copy and timelines are delivered on schedule
- Liaise with external ad managers to provide content and creative for Meta, LinkedIn, Google and TikTok campaigns
- Manage content calendars, trackers and reporting across clients
- Support website updates via CMS (WordPress, Shopify, Webflow)
Client & Brand Support
- Work closely with clients to ensure marketing activity is aligned with goals and kept on track
- Take a lead role with our priority construction client in Brookvale, including:
- Coordinating ad hoc needs such as staff gifting, event management and collateral support
- Managing day-to-day marketing projects and liaising directly with their team
- Manage relationships with influencers, affiliates and suppliers
- Assist with branding projects and campaign launches
- Provide on-the-ground support at events, activations and photo/video shoots
Agency Growth
- Act as second-in-command to the MD, keeping operations running smoothly
- Contribute ideas and input to the launch of Foundry & Flint
- Support the ongoing growth of Korporate Karina (nostalgic Instagram)
About you
- 1+ years’ experience in a marketing support or coordinator role
- Hungry to build something from the ground up and grow with an agency long term
- Organised, detail-oriented, and confident juggling multiple projects
- Skilled communicator who enjoys working across industries
- Passionate about social media (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok)
- Sydney-based and able to work weekly in North Sydney and Brookvale
