About the Position
Reporting to the Town Maintenance Coordinator, you'll supervise and mentor Town Maintenance Officers in maintaining and upgrading:
* Parks and gardens;
* Public spaces;
* Roads; and
* Minor plant and equipment.
You'll ensure safe, high‑quality operations and help keep Tom Price looking its best with some travel to other Shire towns when required.

About You
We're looking for someone who:
* Has experience supervising or leading town maintenance teams;
* Is confident working outdoors in Pilbara‑like conditions;
* Has lawn, garden, or horticulture experience;
* Communicates well and aligns with the Shire's values; and
* Shows strong integrity and teamwork.
Highly regarded:
* MR or HR licence;
* Plant operator certificates; and
* Horticulture qualifications.
