About This Role
Your new role:
In this senior role, you will deliver high-quality, evidence-based Occupational Therapy services within the Centre of Excellence Child and Adolescent Wellbeing Service (CCAWS), working closely with First Nations youth, their families, and multidisciplinary partners.
* Provide assessment, intervention and evaluation as part of an interprofessional mental health team, using evidence-based practice.
* Lead and contribute to service development, quality improvement, clinical education and research initiatives.
* Offer clinical guidance, supervision and support to HP3 clinicians, students and Allied Health Assistants.
* Build strong partnerships with families, carers, community organisations and sector stakeholders to ensure culturally safe, holistic and coordinated care.
About You
You are a skilled and culturally responsive clinician who thrives in collaborative environments and is committed to supporting the wellbeing of children and young people.
* Demonstrated high-level Occupational Therapy clinical expertise in child and youth mental health care.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively across disciplines, manage conflict and foster strong partnerships.
* Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise complex caseloads and support effective discharge planning.
* Proven ability to lead, supervise and mentor junior clinicians and students, while contributing to service improvement and innovation.
