We are seeking an exceptional Deputy Principal who embodies integrity, strategic leadership, and deep commitment to quality learning for all students. This is a temporary part‐time position (0.1FTE or 5 hours per fortnight—Fridays only) until 11 December 2026, unless otherwise determined.

About The Role
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
* Support the Principal's leadership by helping develop and promote a shared educational vision focused on high-quality learning outcomes for all students, and deputising for the Principal when required.
* Model ethical and values‐based leadership by upholding the integrity of the deputy principal role and embedding socially just practices in everyday school life.
* Promote high standards of performance for both students and staff while actively engaging in lifelong learning and ongoing professional development.
* Build strong partnerships with parents, government agencies, community groups, industry and business to enhance student opportunities and school outcomes.
* Lead strategically and effectively manage resources by being future‐focused, understanding relevant legislation and policies, and using resources to achieve school goals.
Highly Desirable Skills And Experience
* Demonstrated success in leading teaching and learning improvement.
* Strong capability in building positive relationships and leading diverse teams.
* Ability to be responsive in daily school operations.
* Knowledge of relevant legislation, policies and departmental priorities impacting schooling.
