Description This Brisbane-based position delivers essential mechanical and integrity engineering support across gas processing, water treatment, and wellsite facilities.
Focused on short-term operational priorities, the role plays a critical part in minimising downtime, enhancing asset reliability, and maintaining the highest safety and compliance standards.
Duties include: Deliver practical, timely mechanical and integrity solutions across upstream surface facilities Conduct inspections, fitness-for-service assessments, and root cause analyses Resolve operational issues and implement strategies that improve performance and reduce downtime Provide coaching and technical guidance to junior engineers Support HSE reviews, asset risk assessments, and incident investigations Represent Operations Engineering in design and project reviews Collaborate across Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, and Integrity teams Profile You are a confident and collaborative engineering professional who thrives in dynamic environments.
You combine strong technical knowledge with an inclusive leadership style, clear communication, and a practical mindset.
You're passionate about delivering high-quality engineering outcomes while supporting the development of others.
