Locations: Brisbane / Melbourne / Sydney
Responsibilities:
* Identify, develop, and onboard new clients for battery and renewable energy solutions, achieve regional sales targets.
* Maintain and deepen relationships with existing clients to drive business expansion.
* Provide distributors with marketing support, competitive insights, and product training to enhance performance.
* Conduct market and industry research to analyze trends and identify new business opportunities.
* Collaborate closely with technical and support teams to address client issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
* Perform other duties assigned by company leadership.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree or above in Power Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Automation, or related disciplines (preferred).
* Minimum 3 years of sales experience, ideally in solar, energy storage, or power solutions.
* Excellent English speaking and writing skills.
* Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical abilities, with high professional integrity.
* Valid Driver's License in Australia.
