Drive excellence in the field as our Maintenance Manager. Reporting to the Regional Manager for Customer Installations, you will be responsible for the effective administration of customer installations and the management of Field Service Technicians (FST) within an assigned region. This role focuses on ensuring that maintenance and installations are conducted safely, reliably, and in accordance with company standards. How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW? Team Management and Support: Lead and manage a team of Field Service Technicians (FSTs). You will oversee their daily responsibilities, providing the necessary support and technical guidance to ensure performance targets are met. Technical Oversight: Provide engineering and technical support to FSTs and contractors. You will ensure that standard engineering practices are applied to all regional installation and maintenance activities. Operational Administration: Manage the lifecycle of maintenance work, including budgets and timeframes. Responsibilities include assisting with new project estimates, purchasing maintenance parts, and maintaining stock control in line with cost targets. Stakeholder Coordination: Manage the interface between Air Liquide and external suppliers or contractors. You will conduct site inspections and respond to customer service requirements, ensuring consistent service delivery. Are you a MATCH? Trade Qualification: You are a Trade Qualified professional with hands-on experience in installations and maintenance, particularly in medical gas fitting or a related industrial field is strongly preferred. Leadership Experience: You have 2–3 years of experience managing technical teams within an industrial environment, with a demonstrated ability to lead and monitor performance. Project Implementation: You possess strong skills in project implementation and change management, backed by effective communication skills to manage stakeholder relationships. Administrative and Technical Balance: You can provide technical support to plants while maintaining the administrative discipline required for accurate documentation and cost management.
