What you'll do
You'll independently advise clients on estate planning and deceased estate matters, including drafting Wills, Enduring Powers of Attorney, and Death Benefit Nominations.
You'll also handle estate litigation and provide strategic fiduciary advice.
Mentoring junior lawyers and working closely with the administration team will give you leadership experience, while your input into business development and continuous improvement will shape the future of the practice.
What you'll need
* At least 5 years post-qualification experience (PQE)
* Solid background in Wills and Estates planning and ideally some litigation
* Confidence to take ownership and drive the practice forward
