Responsibilities
* Estimating across single, split‐level, and double‐storey home designs
* Generating site costings (cut/fill, dropped edge beams, garage calculations)
* Completing sales tenders using site reports, satellite images, and Nearmap
* Interpreting construction plans to ensure compliance and methodology
* Preparing pre‐contract variation pricing and scopes of work
* Reviewing external reports to support cost accuracy
* Liaising with internal stakeholders and assisting with contract variations
Qualifications
* 2+ years' experience in a similar role and industry
* Knowledge of the Building Code of Australia and relevant Australian Standards
* Experience interpreting building plans and associated reports and documentation
* Outstanding attention to detail and goal orientation
* Ability to work autonomously and within a wider team
* Demonstration of an innovative approach to solving problems
