Role
Corymbia State School is seeking a dedicated and proactive Workplace Safety and Injury Management Advisor to join our foundational team. As a new school committed to fostering a safe and inclusive learning environment, this role is vital in establishing and maintaining robust health, safety, and injury management systems from the ground up. Responsibilities
* Maintain connection to the Health and Safety Advisor/Representatives by playing an active role in Health, Safety and Wellbeing (HS&W).
* Assist with the preparation and coordination of internal and external audits and contribute to the implementation of identified corrective actions.
* Provide operational guidance and advice regarding HS&W including injury management to effect improvements in HS&W performance.
* Monitor and report on incidents from MyHR Workplace Health & Safety, to identify new or emerging issues, risks or trends and recommend strategies for improvement and corrective actions.

Qualifications / What you'll bring
* Experience in health, safety and injury management; ability to provide guidance and advice to improve HS&W performance.
* Ability to monitor incidents and identify risks or trends; develop corrective actions.
