As a key member of the People & Culture team, you’ll support a multi-site manufacturing network, partnering with operational leaders to uplift capability, drive workforce planning, and support strategic people initiatives during a time of significant change.
Working closely with an experienced Lead Business Partner, this role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, hands-on environments and enjoys building strong relationships with leaders on the ground.
Key Responsibilities
* Coach and support site and production managers to build leadership confidence and capability.
* Lead workforce planning, succession, and talent initiatives aligned to business strategy.
* Act as a trusted advisor on performance, conduct, and employee relations matters.
* Partner on recruitment for senior operational roles.
* Play an active role in shaping broader people strategy and transformation programs post-acquisition.
Ideal Background:
* Solid experience in HR within manufacturing, industrial, or blue-collar environments.
* Strong employee and industrial relations capability.
* Skilled at navigating change and working through ambiguity.
