We’re looking for a ServiceNow Business Analyst to support a major NSW Government agency delivering health and safety related processes on the ServiceNow platform. This contract is funded through to 30 June 2026 (end of FY26), with budget expected to renew and extend through to around mid-2027. Who Are We Looking For? A ServiceNow Business Analyst with on ServiceNow projects who can run workshops, shape clear requirements, and keep delivery moving across a large, complex ServiceNow environment. What You’ll Do? Lead workshops to map current processes and define future-state in ServiceNow Translate requirements into epics, user stories and acceptance criteria Own the backlog and support sprint ceremonies (incl. reviews and stakeholder walkthroughs) Partner with People & Capability, Technology stakeholders and an external vendor Define reporting and dashboard requirements, including migration into Platform Analytics Support release planning, go-live activities, and write monthly release notes What We’d Love To See? 2 years as a BA on ServiceNow projects (or equivalent platform delivery) Strong workshop facilitation and stakeholder management across multiple streams Proven experience writing high-quality user stories and managing a product backlog Understanding of workflows, forms, reporting/dashboards, and access/roles in ServiceNow A Plus If You Have… Dashboard migration experience (legacy to Platform Analytics) Experience with the Platform Analytics ServiceNow Module NSW Government or broader public sector delivery experience If you’re passionate about improving services and you’re naturally curious about how things work (and how to make them work better), please apply!
