Responsibilities
* Conduct customer-focused scheduled and 'breakdown' services
* Record notes and file service records appropriately – be a part of the service team and provide high-level customer service to help our customers resolve their material handling needs
* Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge, including emerging technologies in automation and telematics
* Keep up to date with industry trends, new products and services
* Partner with the Company and maximise additional sales and service across a dedicated customer base
Requirements
* Full-time workshop-based role in Beresfield
* Mechanically minded individuals with a progressive career change looking to learn new skills
