We seek a passionate, experienced, and creative marketing assistant manager to assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans and activities to deliver sales, profitability, and market share targets.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute brand strategies and campaigns across all touchpoints for consistent messaging
* Identify and develop innovation opportunities, guiding concept development based on insights
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet commercialization milestones and ensure project success
* Monitor innovation performance to support financial targets and continuous improvement
* Manage social media strategy, cross-category partnerships, communication plans, and invoicing
The Essentials for Success:
* Hold a Business/Commerce degree (Marketing major) with 2+ years' experience, ideally in FMCG environments
* Creative, curious, and resilient with strong adaptability and high attention to detail
* Self-motivated and able to work autonomously while effectively driving outcomes
* Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship management skills across functions and with customers
* Strong commercial acumen with experience in NPD, packaging design, and scan data analysis
