Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct face-to-face interviews with candidates
- Handle a high volume of phone calls daily
- Conduct reference checks and ensure compliance requirements are met
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain candidate records
- Coordinate bookings for medicals, flights, and accommodation
- Carry out local site visits when required
- Communicate regularly with clients and provide status updates
- Attend local events, networking functions and industry conferences
- Collaborate closely with our Perth-based team
Experience in recruitment (agency or internal) will be highly regarded, but it's not essential.
