We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Project Talent Acquisition Coordinator, supporting our Rapid Response team remotely.
About the role
- Provide recruitment project support to deliver high-volume recruitment projects
- Ensure compliance and accuracy in system administration and support, coordinating interviews and liaising with stakeholders to assist with the recruitment process, reporting, and providing recruitment support.
About you
- An experienced administrator or support office with experience in either recruitment or HR within the white-collar/corporate industries, government experience is highly desirable.
- A strong communicator with exceptional attention to detail and excellent written skills
- Proven track record in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Efficient, process-oriented, and excellent organisational skills
- Highly capable when working with PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
