Accessible Care is a therapist-designed and built private agency with offices in Adelaide and Melbourne. We are a close-knit, supportive team that values collaboration and knowledge sharing across multi-disciplinary teams. We're looking for a passionate and dedicated Speech Therapist to join our Melbourne team.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide speech and language assessments and therapy to a diverse caseload, including children and adults
* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on clinical assessments
* Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care for clients
* Support clients with communication disorders, language delays, and swallowing difficulties
* Keep accurate and up-to-date client records
* Provide education and support to families and caregivers
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Speech Therapy or equivalent
* SPA (Speech Pathology Australia) registration is desirable
* Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in speech therapy
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team
