We are currently looking for a Management Trainee to join us in our Werribee Store in a Full time capacity.
About the role
Lead by example when dealing with customer, peers and external stakeholders
Under guidance from the Store Manager ensure that company policies and procedures are implemented and followed
Ensure all legal and compliance procedures are adhered to by staff members
Help develop, guide, and motivate a capable team of store staff of the highest quality and standard
Drive productivity to increase store performance and grow our loyal existing customer base; and
Creative stock merchandising and pricing to keep up with changing markets.
About you
You'll have previous exposure in a similar leadership role ideally in a retail environment
Be experienced in working with and meeting KPIs and the ability to multi-task
Have a passion or interest in Technology, Gaming, Financial Services, Jewellery, Collectables, Power Tools etc. (the list goes on!)
Inspire and promote great customer service within your team
Able to adapt and thrive in a diverse market; and
Desire to continue to develop your skills to ensure the efficiency and profitability of your store.
