Quest Maitland is a serviced apartment hotel located in the heart of Maitland. The property features 42 well-appointed rooms, designed to provide guests with a comfortable, relaxing experience.
We are currently seeking enthusiastic and results-driven Casual Hotel Receptionist to join our team. If you demonstrate a passion for customer service ensuring a positive experience for all guests, strong skills in promoting and selling accommodation services and facilities, excellent communication, interpersonal and time management skills, experience with front office booking systems, a keen eye for detail, high standards of personal presentation, and a highly team orientated then we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
* Delivering exceptional, personalised service to guests.
* Responding to accommodation inquiries.
* Processing reservations.
* Assisting guests with check-ins, check-outs, and providing detailed information about the hotel facilities and local area.
* Ensuring the seamless operation of the reception desk.
Key Requirements
* Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
* Valid working rights in Australia.
