CGC Recruitment are working in collaboration with a well established, privately owned larger tier 3 commercial building head contractor, who have recently been awarded new projects and as a result are interested to bring on board an experienced Site Manager to join the team.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring program, quality, and safety targets are met
- Manage subcontractors, trades, and suppliers effectively
- Maintain solid client relationships and ensure smooth communication between stakeholders
- Drive OH&S; compliance and foster a positive safety culture on-site
- Report to the Project Manager and ensure timely delivery of key milestones
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as a Site Manager delivering commercial building projects as a number 1
- Background in projects valued $10m+
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, safety standards, and subcontractor management
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Trade background or tertiary qualifications in construction (preferred but not essential)
