We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Officer to join our team at St Andrew's Aged Care, Tallebudgera. This is a part-time opportunity of 40 hours per fortnight.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide high-level administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations
* Maintain accurate records and databases for residents and contractors
* Coordinate mail, petty cash, stationery, and service newsletters
* Support bookings for service vehicles and community spaces
* Assist Independent Living Unit (ILU) residents with maintenance requests
* Work closely with care, hospitality, and leadership teams to support holistic care delivery
Requirements:
* Strong customer service and administration experience
* Excellent communication, time management, and organisational skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database systems
* A current Police Check or NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or willingness to obtain)
* (Desirable) Experience in aged care or a similar environment
