Overview
EPPH Limited are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Tender & Business Development Coordinator to support our key account and business development teams. EPPH Limited is a mechanical and electrical building services contractor, specialising in the design, installation, and maintenance of HVAC systems, plumbing, facilities management, drainage, and renewable energy technologies such as heat pumps and solar PV.
This role manages tender submissions, maintains CRM systems, and coordinates client-facing activities. The successful candidate will work with Key Account Managers and Business Development Leads to drive growth and maintain operational excellence.

Responsibilities
- Tender & Business Development Support: Assist in the preparation and submission of key account and business development tenders; Manage login credentials and access for tender portals; Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather required documentation and ensure timely submissions; Support the production of accurate and competitive quotes for current opportunities.
- CRM & Pipeline Management: Maintain and update the CRM system with new leads, opportunities, and client interactions; Track pipeline progress and generate regular reports; Ensure data integrity across CRM entries.
- Key Account Coordination: Provide administrative support to Key Account Managers, including scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and tracking client communications; help compile client feedback and support follow-up actions post-tender or quote submission.
- Documentation & Reporting: Organise and maintain tender documentation, quotes, and client correspondence; Prepare and distribute regular updates and reports on tender progress and business development activities.
- Communication & Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders during tender processes; Ensure clear and timely communication across all parties.
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven experience in office administration, tender coordination, or junior business development/sales role.
- Strong organisational and time management skills; confident in engaging with clients at all levels.
- Background in FM contracting, M&E; contracting, or related field is desirable.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; familiarity with CRM systems and pipeline tracking; ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
- Experience in preparing quotes, tender documentation is desirable.

- Ability to work under pressure with multiple priorities; numeracy and IT skills; proficient in MS Office.
- Commercially aware with a focus on delivering value; team player with a solutions-focused approach.
- Experience in bid process and sales is desirable; ability to work to deadlines; full driving license.
