Job Description
* Define and deliver a long-term research and digital experience strategy
* Lead innovative digital platforms, tools, and immersive visitor experiences
* Oversee research initiatives supporting exhibitions, publications, and programs
* Drive digitisation, digital access, and knowledge management of collections
* Collaborate across curatorial, education, marketing, and technology teams
* Build international academic, cultural, and technology partnerships
* Represent the institution at global conferences and innovation forums
The Successful Applicant
* Master's or PhD in Art History, Museum Studies, Digital Humanities, or related field
* 10-12+ years' experience in museums, cultural, or research institutions
* Proven senior leadership experience of at least 5 years managing research and digital teams
* Strong expertise in modern and contemporary art scholarship
* Demonstrated success leading digital transformation initiatives
* Deep understanding of digital platforms, UX, and emerging technologies
* Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and strategic leadership skills
