**Receptionist**.
This is a permanent full-time opportunity (Monday-Friday) based at our Artarmon Head Office.
**THE ROLE**

This role will see you navigate day to day reception-based duties needs; including but not limited to:
- Managing an active switch board, directing enquires and taking messages
- Meet and greet visitors including check-in and check-out processes
- Receive and manage deliveries
- Support room booking and allocations
- Support wider admin team with ad hoc administrative duties as required
**ABOUT YOU**

Previous reception experience is not required rather we are seeking someone who enjoys a busy, dynamic environment and is committed to providing exceptional customer experiences.
This will be coupled with a strong team focus and ability to effectively engage with a range of internal & external stakeholders through confident & collaborative communication.
Efficient computer skills with the Microsoft Suite will be required
