Your Responsibilities as a Digital Account Manager (Paid Search)
* Manage paid search across a portfolio of clients, including strategy development, implementation, performance optimisation, and reporting.
* Partner with clients and the client team to understand key objectives and success metrics, providing feedback and strategic direction to improve ROI.
* Collaborate closely with the digital executive and broader search team to deliver market-leading search campaigns.
* Work with the client team to understand holistic performance across all channels and drive performance against key KPIs.
* Develop compelling ad copy and drive creative recommendations across PMAX and the Google/Bing network.
* Undertake keyword research and competitor reviews to uncover opportunities.
* Communicate regularly with clients on performance updates and check-ins.
* Manage budgets and optimise daily across all accounts.
* Provide weekly/monthly performance analysis reporting and industry insights and trends.
* Stay up-to-date on new product developments and share updates with the team and clients.
* Present proactive account initiatives.
* Assist clients in setting up performance tracking for campaigns.
* Coordinate the delivery of creative assets for accurate and timely uploads.
What You'll Need to Succeed
* 2-5 years experience in Paid Search or strong digital account management experience with a passion for specialising in paid search.
* Some experience building and managing paid search accounts within Google Ads/Editor and Bing, working with multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
* Deep understanding of the industry and marketing in general.
* Strong analytical and data analysis skills to derive insights and generate recommendations.
* Ability to work autonomously, collaborate, and lead by example within a team.
* Positive and solutions-based approach to challenges.
* Exceptional organisational skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
* Strong attention to detail and written/verbal communication skills.
* GTM and GA4 setup experience is highly regarded but not essential; training will be provided.
* Tertiary qualifications in marketing/advertising are ideal but not essential.
* Microsoft Office Suite experience, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
