Key Responsibilities:
* Complete comprehensive assessments of patients' needs and develop occupationally focussed treatment goals and intervention plans.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and consulting physicians to ensure effective patient care.
* Manage and balance busy caseloads and administrative responsibilities within a hospital setting.
Requirements:
* Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy and current registration with AHPRA.
* Strong problem-solving and clinical reasoning skills, considering broader implications and longer-term impacts.
