About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Retail Manager to oversee the daily operations of the store and lead a dedicated team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the overall day‐to‐day operations of the retail store
* Lead, supervise, and motivate team members to achieve operational and sales targets
* Monitor stock levels, ordering, inventory control, and supplier coordination
* Ensure high standards of customer service and food safety compliance
* Manage staff rostering, training, and performance management
* Maintain store presentation, cleanliness, and operational efficiency
* Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and resolve issues professionally
* Monitor financial performance including sales, budgeting, and cost control
* Implement company policies and procedures to ensure smooth operations
Skills and Experience Required
* Associate degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma level qualification
* At least 2-3 years of relevant work experience in retail or hospitality management
* Strong leadership and team management skills
* Excellent communication and customer service abilities
* Experience in stock control, budgeting, and retail operations
* Ability to work in a fast‐paced environment and manage multiple tasks
* Knowledge of workplace health and safety standards and food handling procedures
* Strong problem‐solving and organisational skills
* Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and public holidays as required
