The Role
This is a hands-on sales role, working closely with experienced agents while learning the foundations required to become a high-performing real estate professional.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Prospecting via cold calls
* Doorknocking and letterbox dropping
* Assisting agents with open homes and buyer follow-up
* Building databases and local area knowledge
* Learning listing, negotiation and sales processes
* Supporting campaigns from appraisal through to sale
This is an active, fast-paced role suited to someone who enjoys people, momentum, and performance-based outcomes.
