Job Description
As a
Salesforce Product Owner
, you'll champion the strategy, development and optimisation of our EMRS, working closely with clinical, operational and ICT teams. You'll drive the product roadmap, oversee delivery, and ensure the platform supports exceptional patient care and streamlined workflows. This position also provides leadership to Salesforce Administrators, Business Analysts and Clinical Support Specialists.
To deliver this value you will also:

Lead the EMRS
product vision, strategy and roadmap
• Gather and prioritise requirements with clinical and operational stakeholders
• Manage the product backlog and oversee Agile delivery
• Translate business needs into Salesforce Health Cloud solutions
• Act as the functional expert for EMRS workflows and user experience
• Ensure compliance with RACGP, ISM and healthcare data standards
• Manage relationships with Salesforce, vendors and internal SMEs
Let's talk about you
You're an experienced healthcare
IT product leader with 5+ years as a Product Owner or Product Manager in health or EMR environments.
You bring deep expertise in Salesforce and Health Cloud, a strong understanding of primary care, community or aged-care workflows, and experience leading cross-functional Agile teams. You excel in communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving, and you have a user-centred approach with a strong passion for improving clinical workflows.
Desirable:
HL7/FHIR knowledge, analytics experience, Salesforce certifications.
You hold a bachelor's degree in IT, Health Informatics, Business or a related field, and Salesforce certifications such as Administrator or Health Cloud are highly regarded.
