About the Role
We're hiring an IT Administrator to deliver excellence in ticketing pillar. You'll be the technical backbone behind Australia's most spectacular events, ensuring seamless IT operations that keep thousands of fans connected to unforgettable experiences.
This dynamic role is perfect for an experienced IT professional with 3+ years' experience, who thrives outside traditional office environments. You'll master Windows servers, access control technologies, and data services while our comprehensive training and Client Services partnership set you up to win at every event.
Responsibilities:
* Ensure best-in-class on-site IT support at Ticketek events
* Install points of sale at venues, client sites and temporary events
* Administer and maintain ticketing IT infrastructure and access control infrastructure at client venues
* Coordinate the installation, support and maintenance of I.T. collateral as required such as servers, switches, WAPs etc.
* Schedule and carry out preventive maintenance of internal and external client equipment and infrastructure
* Record changes made to network or device configuration in the appropriate configuration diagrams or databases
* Ensure IT support calls are answered and responded to and that fault resolution information is recorded in detail into the service desk database system
About you:
* At least 3 years administration experience with Windows Desktop or similar hands on experience in a technician and/or support specialist role
* Identify, disseminate and manage pressure situations
* An aptitude to answer technical queries, and know when to escalate
* An ability to be pro-active in ticketing system and underlying platform problem solving
* Have experience in working in live events
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong time management and organizational skills and ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines
* A current Full Australian driver's license
