We're looking for a State Coordinator to support in-store execution across MYER and David Jones, lead our Bra Fitters and Merchandisers, and ensure our brands are consistently represented at their best.
Key Responsibilities Support the State Supervisor with day-to-day operations across your state Coach and develop team members, building strong product knowledge and service capability Maintain consistent visual merchandising standards and ensure all POS is current Strengthen relationships with MYER and David Jones sales and VM teams Protect and optimise category locations; negotiate for improved visibility where possible Ensure accurate, timely communication with stores and completion of operational tasks Support with rostering, admin tasks, and recruitment What You Bring Retail and merchandising experience (fashion retail preferred) Strong communication and relationship-building skills Previous supervisory or team leadership experience; multi-site experience ideal Ability to work autonomously, prioritise deadlines, and manage time effectively A proactive, brand-focused mindset with strong attention to detail CULTIVATING A DIVERSE AND INCLUSIVE WORKPLACE Here at Hanes Brands Australasia, we are focused on cultivating a workplace that is diverse, inclusive and vibrant.
