**Role**
To facilitate their continued growth, our client is appointing a skilled Warehouse Manager to ensure a consistent flow of goods throughout the warehouse, as well as streamline processes and increase overall efficiency.
**Other responsibilities include**:
- Ensure all OH&S; procedures are followed
- Oversee all warehouse and distribution activity
- Report on all stock discrepancies an implement action plans to reduce error
- Ensure commitments to DIFOT and SIFOT are being met
- Identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to increase efficiency
- Lead by example and promote a safe, collaborative workplace
**You**
To be successful in this role you will be highly organised, analytical, and capable of leading a team to achieve company goals. You have a commitment to continuous improvement and have previously implemented policies and procedures to increase overall operational efficiencies

- Physically fit, and not afraid to get your hands dirty
- Robust organisational and time management skills
- 3-5 years in warehouse management
