The Role:
As a Level 2 Officer, you'll be at the forefront of their IT support team, assisting their clients with their day-to-day technical needs.
Your responsibilities include:
* Providing first and second level technical support to end-users.
* Troubleshooting and resolving IT-related queries and issues.
* Documenting and tracking support requests.
* Collaborating with the IT team to find solutions.
* Office 365 – Exchange – INTUNE – Conditional access – sharepoint administration
* AD
* Networking – Layer TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP
* Wireless
* Windows Server – Hyper-V and VMWARE
* Onsite MGMT – installs – setups
* Assist Level 1
* MSP experience is a must
* 3CX nice to have
* Fortinet skills nice to have
* Can do attitude
* Ideally using Connectwise PSA – screen connect

Your skills:
* A strong customer focus and a passion for helping others.
* Previous experience in a similar role.
* Knowledge of Office 365 and Windows AD.
* Excellent communication and professional phone manners.
* The ability to prioritize tasks to meet SLAs.
* A desire to learn and grow into more senior roles.
* Strong documentation and independent work skills.
* Availability to work Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 5 pm
