Crimson Education is a Series C, global EdTech startup founded in 2013; MedView is its subsidiary and Australasia's leading medical school admissions support, delivering UCAT tutoring and mentoring for students aiming for medical school in Australia, New Zealand and the UK.Crimson Education's tech platform connects tutors/mentors to students seeking admissions and scholarships to top universities or their dream career pathway.ResponsibilitiesAchieving revenue targetsConducting consultations and customising programs for prospective clientsEstablishing, developing, and maintaining positive business and customer relationshipsContinuously improving sales techniques and industry knowledgePitching and ideating recent ways to connect with familiesForging partnerships with associated businesses, non-profits, organizations, and moreWorking with the Local Area and Digital Marketing Teams to develop/enhance lead generation methods by identifying opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in leads and salesEngaging in outreach activities such as presenting at school talks, careers expos, and MedView seminarsResearching potential organizations and markets for lead generation/partnershipsAttending industry events where relevant and providing feedback and information on market trendsYou might be the person we're looking for if you haveExcellent previous sales track record (preferred)Strong storytelling skills and experience in public speakingExperience with higher education or a deep understanding of the university application processInterest in working with families and students to connect them to the best programAn interest in changing the world through educationComfort with video chat and speaking over the phoneExperience that would be usefulSalesforceUnderstanding of the Australian Medical Undergrad application processWhy work for Crimson?
