As a Food and Beverage Attendant, you'll be at the heart of creating unforgettable experiences for our guests Your role will be to deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring that every interaction is filled with enthusiasm and professionalism from beginning to end. We're looking for candidates who are adaptable, reliable, and engaging, ensuring our guests enjoy top-notch service every single time.
This is a fantastic opportunity where you will showcase your dedicated customer service throughout our outlets at The Star Gold Coast.
A few of your responsibilities:
Provide friendly and efficient food & beverage service
Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the venue's menu and current promotions
Communicate additional meal requirements, allergies and dietary needs to the kitchen
Work collaboratively with a supportive team to ensure smooth service
Maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day, practicing clean-as-you-go procedures
Ensure RSA standards are maintained
What are we looking for:
Experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment or customer service role
Previous bar experience is highly regarded
A genuine interest in providing excellent service
Flexible availability with weekends essential
Current QLD RSA Statement of Attainment
