Overview
We are hiring a Client Success Manager to join the Seedtag team in Sydney and help shape the future of contextual advertising as we continue to expand globally.
Seedtag leads in contextual advertising with a machine learning powered platform. Our technology provides brand safety, human-like content understanding, and advanced cookieless targeting, making ads more engaging and respectful. Seedtag was founded in 2014 by two ex-Googlers and now has over 600 Seedtaggers across 18 countries, with €250M raised to revolutionize digital advertising.
Your Challenge
- During campaigns, design strategies to provide “Next Best Action” for clients that leverage upselling strategies across new products, channels, and audience targeting to improve campaign performance.
- Initiate and execute client campaigns by agreed-upon timelines and budgets in partnership with the Ad Operations team.
- Respond to client inquiries and coordinate internal responses in a timely manner.
- Track pod retention rate, campaign success metrics (aiming for >90% KPI attainment), and incremental dollars.
- Achieve quarterly incremental revenue goals for key accounts within the assigned book of business.
- Ensure clients receive regular campaign performance reports with detailed metrics and insights per their preferences (e.g., weekly, monthly).
- Monitor campaign performance regularly and adjust in partnership with the Ad Operations team.
- Keep clients informed of changes or issues affecting their campaigns promptly and professionally.
- Conduct post-campaign analysis within one week of completion to identify areas for improvement.
- Escalate unresolved issues to senior management or Ad Ops as necessary, summarising the problem and attempted solutions.
- Hold regular meetings with stakeholders to discuss client accounts, share updates, and collaborate on strategies.
- Leverage internal tools (e.g., Salesforce, Slack, Jira) for efficient internal communication and task management.
- Maintain a high customer satisfaction score.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
- 3+ years of experience in Media, Advertising or Technology in a sales, marketing, or support role (including internships).
- Understanding of key consumer trends in digital advertising, privacy, and programmatic.
- Experience executing direct-sold or programmatic advertising campaigns.
- Basic knowledge of DSP and SSP platforms and partners (e.g., DV360, The Trade Desk, LiveRamp).
- Proficiency in Excel and ability to analyze data to generate insights and actionable learnings.
- Strong client relationship skills and effective communication.
- Proven track record of client retention and growth.
- Proficiency in English with excellent verbal and written communication.
- Strong relationships with key agencies and clients.
- Adaptive, organized, and analytical with resourcefulness to solve problems.
