About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and ambitious Sales Coordinator to provide high levels of customer service and achieve sales results across our substantial residential project portfolio. The Sales Coordinator is a key role within the MAAS Group Residential Real Estate business and works closely with sales and marketing operations, home building, and development colleagues. The role is supported by a high-performing in-house team with expertise across residential property development and home construction.
Responsibilities
* An integral member of the Residential sales team, delivering customer service and sales results that contribute to the success of Maas Group Holdings
* Receive and respond to customer inquiries regarding residential land or home and land packages within agreed timeframes
* Set appointments and meet customers in the Southlakes display centre in Dubbo; provide information on properties as required and help customers to understand the buying process
* Follow up with customers to confirm requirements, discuss next steps, and progress the sales journey
* Maintain records in the MAAS CRM platform, ensuring all information is current and correct
* Establish and maintain contact networks with home builder salespeople, finance brokers, solicitors, and other groups to generate awareness and inquiry for MAAS projects
Essentials Requirements
* Demonstrated experience and achievement in a customer service, sales, or business development role
* Availability for regular rostered weekend work
* Demonstrated interest in working in residential property and helping others to achieve their goals
* Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks, with a methodical approach to personal organisation
* Confidence in initiating introductions and expanding professional networks to increase sales referrals
* Confident in the use of digital and social media platforms and applications
