Job Title: Stroke Fellow Neurology 2026
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic neurologist to join our dynamic team. As a stroke fellow, you will be responsible for managing the care of stroke patients within our Acute Stroke Unit.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with Consultants, Nurses, and Allied Health professionals to ensure the highest standard of patient-centred care.
* Contribute to complex clinical decisions and guide treatment plans.
* Support general neurology services and contribute to the development of innovative care models.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* MBBS or equivalent and General Registration with the Medical Board of Australia; successful completion of FRACP Part 1.
* Demonstrated post-graduate experience with sound knowledge of current medical practices and stroke management.
* Excellent communication, decision-making and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
* Strong empathy, patient focus, and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
