With a rich history of excellence and innovation, we are dedicated to delivering exceptional products and forging strong partnerships.We are now seeking a driven and customer-focused Territory Manager to join our high-performing field sales team.This role is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated professional to drive sales and distribution across a defined territory, strengthen customer relationships, and bring our portfolio to life at shelf. You’ll be working directly with key retail partners to deliver commercial outcomes while supporting brand growth in market.The RoleAs a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for managing a defined retail territory and driving sales performance through strong in-store execution. Your focus will be on maximising product availability, improving brand visibility, and building meaningful customer relationships. You will execute promotional campaigns, track results, and leverage data insights to identify new growth opportunities.Key ResponsibilitiesMaximise distribution, visibility, and shelf positioning of our portfolio in-storeExecute new product launches and promotional activities according to planBuild and maintain relationships with key store managers and stakeholdersConduct regular territory planning and store call cycles using SalesforceIdentify and capitalise on sales growth opportunities using data and insightsMaintain compliance with national planograms and merchandising standardsMonitor competitor activity and share insights with internal teamsEnsure all store visit information and sales data is accurately capturedManage promotional budgets and expense reporting in line with company policyWhat We’re Looking ForWe are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Territory Manager with strong communication skills and a passion for delivering excellent in-store execution.Previous experience in sales, merchandising, or account management (FMCG preferred)Proven ability to build strong customer relationships and influence outcomesExcellent time management, planning, and organisational skillsAnalytical mindset with an eye for identifying sales opportunitiesProficiency in Microsoft Excel and CRM platforms (Salesforce experience a plus)High attention to detail and accuracy in reportingTeam player with a positive, solutions-focused approachCurrent driver’s licenceWhy Join Us?At Stuart Alexander & Co, we pride ourselves on our strong team culture, collaboration, and shared commitment to excellence.
