The Role This newly created role will see a dynamic Head of Growth take ownership of the brand’s digital customer growth strategy. Sitting within the eCommerce function and working closely with Marketing, Creative, and Product, this role is all about driving acquisition, conversion, and retention across all digital touchpoints. This is a commercially focused role with a strong performance marketing lens—ideal for someone who thrives in high-growth environments and knows how to balance short-term wins with long-term brand building. The Head of Growth will play a pivotal role in scaling customer value, unlocking new channels, and constantly testing and learning to deliver measurable results. What You’ll Be Doing Leading the digital growth strategy across paid performance, CRM, onsite conversion, and retention Managing acquisition campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, Affiliates, and emerging platforms Owning and optimising the full-funnel experience from ad to checkout to repeat purchase Working cross-functionally with eComm, Creative, and Brand teams to ensure cohesive messaging and execution Driving growth experiments across landing pages, offers, audiences, and CX flows Overseeing performance dashboards and reporting to track KPIs and customer value Partnering with data and insights teams to uncover new growth opportunities Keeping a pulse on market trends, emerging tech, and channel innovations What You Bring 6 years’ experience in a growth, digital marketing, or eCommerce role—ideally in a high-growth retail or consumer brand Proven success running performance marketing and acquisition campaigns Strong understanding of customer lifecycle and digital channel mix Data-savvy with experience using tools like GA4, Looker, or PowerBI A test-and-learn mindset and ability to adapt quickly Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, agile environment Strong commercial acumen and a bias for action Why You’ll Love It Here Competitive salary package Hybrid work setup Free products and generous staff discounts Fast-moving, no-ego environment with real opportunity for growth A chance to drive the growth strategy for one of Australia’s most exciting health and lifestyle brands Apply Now Submit your CV to be considered.
